People love Montavilla and their neighbors and it really shows. This street fair has always been one of my favorites because it has one of the most invested groups of volunteers of any business district event. “I am thrilled to see the Montavilla Street Fair return after a two year hiatus. Organizers expect at least 10,000 to attend this year. In 2019, organizers estimated that 15,000 people attended the Montavilla Street Fair making it one of the largest street fairs in all of Portland and the single largest one-day event in East County. The family-friendly community celebration (established in 2011) will occur on Sunday, Jin the historic Downtown Montavilla area. PORTLAND, OR -Just a little more than a week away, the Montavilla/East Tabor Business Association (METBA) is getting set for the return of the Montavilla Street Fair after a two-year hiatus.
